The program covers content of methods and project management tools and the ways of improving the effectiveness of project management in different areas. The program was developed for chiefs and leaders of projects. The goal is: help to summarize and systematize the experience of management, find new ways to improve project management effectiveness, make the role of the project leader stronger, as a initiator and innovator.
Complex program PM2000 "Project administrator" consists of three courses:
PM(i) Effective Project Management
PM(b) Project management using Microsoft Project: basic course
PM(e) Detailed analysis and project realization using Project: advanced course
Total duration of the Program is 20 hours. Each course is an independent module, though for better effectiveness it is recommended to have all 3 courses.
